MWEB TAKES MONEY FROM CUSTOMER ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSENT

I was interested in an Mweb fibre package and went through the application process and at the last moment I got a better deal from We Africa. I told who was selling me the package that I am no longer interested in it and they should please cancel my order. I received an email saying I owe Mweb money for a router I never received. I tried calling their customer care line but for almost TWO months my call does not go through. Mweb then proceeded to take the money from my account. When I sent a request to my bank to reverse the amount and prevent them from taking money from my account they sent debt collectors after me. So now I am getting harassed by debt collectors and Mweb refuses to take my calls. Please DO NOT buy anything from them.
