MWEB SYSTEM DOES NOT CATER FOR A CHANGE OF CELL PHONE NUMBER

You cannot do much on Mweb's website without entering a code that has been sent to your cell phone. I no longer have my old cell phone (I retired and my employer took it back). I cannot do anything to change my cell phone number because it keeps sending codes to my old cell phone. If you try and phone them the electronic voice also wants a code sent to your recoded cell number. The result is that nothing can be done to update account details, change packages, or do anything else because of their system.
