Mweb suspended my service without warning and does not answer calls
Mweb suspended my service without warning. I pay my account with a debit order. It is a nightmare to contact them - the phone keeps on ringing or they disconnect the line.

18 Aug 2024, 22:21I have still not received any reply to my query. I spent 90 minutes waiting to chat with a representative. When, after 90 minutes, i was connected with a representative, there was no response from him. The call was terminated without any response. This is abysmal service from a big company which I paid over many years regularly and without interruption.
