MWEB Support? What Support?

This company is one of the worst I had to deal with in my life. It is such a big hassle to change a simple cellphone number. Don't even try to call their support department, you only get transferred from one person to the next and then they tell you to wait 24-48 hours for any small thing that has to be done. How they still make money is beyond me. As soon as the details I requested to be updated is done, i'm moving the services to a company that actually wants to provide a service.
