MWEB Support - Wait Times
I have been with mweb since the time they took over PIXIE. I gave notice to cancel by the end of April after trying to call in to their support line, use their useless app or try reaching out through the whatsapp bots - holding on for hours on end listening to a stupid jingle is not the way a company treats good clients - they must think we are idiots to keep supporting them.
