Mweb support is useless

Terrible service from Mweb, I had Vumatel fibre installed and activated at my place on 1st April. Its now 7th april. And still no internet access. I did all the trouble shooting with technical support which failed and only for it to be sales support query. Waiting time to get ahold of mweb is 40 mins to an hour which is so ridiculous. I've had to buy data for the same price as my fibre package. Useless service.
