Mweb Support is useless
<p>I have been trying to reset the password on a email sub account and do not have access to the OTP on the main account. Now I can't reset my password on the sub account and they refuse to help me after i sent them mails.</p>

Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention, we appreciate you taking the time to do so.
As discussed with our customer service consultant before you dropped the call, we are not allowed to make any account changes without the consent of the account holder.
While we would like to assist you in this regard and understand that you are the primary user of the email address in question, we do require the account holder to action any account changes.
Once the account holder has requested the password change or added you as a contact person on the account, we would be able to process the request.
