MWEB Support is not up to standard.

Mweb makes it extremely difficult to contact them. After 35minutes being told that I am number 2 in the waiting loop. When it finally sounded as if I got connected, the line went dead. Subsequent attempts made me give up after 20 and another 30 minutes waiting. There is NO EMAIL address published that one can contact and this is a email service provider!!!
