Mweb support center

Good day, we are trying for a week to get in touch with support at mweb to cancel email account. They does not respond to our emails. Every day we call and wait over an hour. Today we wait 1 h 59 minutes and when person answered, they drop the call. We are clients over 12 years and this is the worst experience ever. We can't use app because my wife has no phone any more due to her chronic condition. We can't use otp option.we don't know what to do as we can't afford account longer.
