MWEB super pathetic

I had issue with connectivity this entire weekend. Tried to phone them 2 time... hold on for 15 minutes at a time and then they drop the call. The online agents are never available and WhatsApp they only answer (if they do) "during working hours". I want to cancel, but they cant even assist with that
