Mweb Sucks!! No service. No care

Its been 19 days of struggling today. No one get back to me the service is terrible. Really guys. No one in mweb cares about you ive begged everyone just to give me feedback and they cant evwn do that.

First of all the installation went terrible the guy hit our water pipes and said he wil fix it later in the week. Then i insisted that it wil be the same day , he dug and it was thrown back no decency whatsoever there is a 5 meters of extra cabling behind my tv stand because he was to lazy to fix it. He unplugged my neighbors fibre aswell.

MWEB no ine get back to you. Everyone is ****y there. The word i officially hate the most is ill follow up and get back to you. Or ill escalate the situation. And nothing happens NOTHING. No one ever calls back.

Ive spoken to the direcrot aswell. He is just as useless Brett.

I would never recommend Mweb to anyone please stay away guys ive just been struggling. If i could give them Less stars i woukd
