Mweb sucks

Really horrid service, 1: contacted them to find out if i can get fibre in my estate, after 15 minutes I was told no, not in my area, so I waited to find out from my body coperate that I can use whomever I want and that octotel has layed the lines., 4 days later I called, and after I was on the phone for 10 minutes without anybody helping me i simply just filled in form to find out that I do, waisted my time. 2: My package just gor upgraded to a 10m up and 10m down without my approval, logged a quary more than a week ago and called with no one contacting me yet. 3: Still awaiting mweb router, says 14 days but no follow up or when anything is happening. Horrid services
