Mweb Sucks!!!!!
I placed my order for fibre installation on 29 January, no contact and also cannot get through to customer service. Pathetic service! I went to Rain and got connected within 30 minutes (no installation needed). I am still trying to get hold of Mweb for my reimbur*****t of my payment, to no avail.

10 Mar 2025, 14:49I have still not received any installation from Mweb. I have informed them to refund my initial payment to no avail. Now I have received notification from them that I owe them R2732 after them trying to deduct my account for a service that was never provided.
I have also not heard back from Vumatel either. I have phoned both these companies regarding this on numerous occasions but have had no joy.
Obviously Hello Peter doesn't help so now I will approach Consumer Goods And Service Ombud as I do not want this to reflect on my credit rating due to no fault of my own.
