MWEB SUCKS!!!

MWEB continues to deliver non-existent service. The absolute gut-wrenching frustration at trying to get any sort of service from them continuously falls on deaf ears. You cannot escalate due to a total lack of availability of any person in a position of responsibility. Who owns this absolutely useless service provider? Shame on you for *********** people on an ongoing basis! Someone needs to wake up and pretty soon. I do not see MWEB in anyone's future at this rate. MWEB you are going to crash and burn soon! Just look at the rate of complaints on Hello Peter. I really would appreciate some sort of feedback, and soon.
