Mweb sucks big time

One star is not even the correct rating. Before I cancelled my Mweb service, my speed was so slow, more than 2 devices could not go on Facebook together. This was for about 3 weeks of the month, I restarted my router about 100 times and asked for the port to be rest a few times. I cancelled the service with immediate effect and also my Telkom line, now Telkom has cancelled my line with immediate effect, but Mweb tells me I need to give 1 calender months notice. Apparently I agreed to it in the mile long terms and conditions they give you to agree to before you get connected. This was a month to month account and not a contract.
