Mweb sucks

We have been with Mweb fibre going into 3 years. We moved 9 days ago and they still have not switched us on. I called 40 times, emailed, sent queries. Their move site doesnt work. We have the router and Vumatel box. So angry want to cancel immediately. I run a business and this could have been resolved in a day.
