MWEB SUCKS.

Wish i could give them negative stars.

For a whole month I struggled to get them to install and provide us with feedback regarding an order. Between them and openserve there was no clear communication and ended up costing me couple hundred rand in air time. When it came to asking feedback in the 50+phone calls I had nearly half of them got cut by the operators, I got left on hold listening to them laugh in the background or just screaming at me telling me to be calm.

It's been a full month now and the fiber is still not working and no one seems to help regarding this. The service is complete horse **** and they just seem to not care .
