Mweb sucks as a internet service provider

I have been with this service provider for quite a few years and every time I find myself calling their call centre, cause my internet connection keeps dropping. Then I have to deal with rude agents who just puts the phone down on you are they just bother calling back after I have waited just to get through and my airtime has expired. Can you please recommend I better service provider, cause Mweb has over 100 reviews on Google with a 1 star rating
