MWEB SUCKS

Pathetic company to deal with 26 minutes on the phone and a guy says I am at the wrong department!! I hung up after another 10 minute . Trying to sort my MS Office 365 with them. Waste of time quicker and easier to go to Microsoft Directly. So I sit with this unresolved issue.
