Mweb sucks!!!

You guys are really starting to **** me off! I phone and get put through many different channels. All you do is rob me of my airtime. *** Mweb, your service stinks!

I have been contacting your sales dept to no avail. Can you please let me know when my fibre will be activated? I moved in Aug 2021 to a new place. The fibre connection and everything is here. It's basically just a simple change of address on my existing line.
