MWEB sucks

Attempting to switch over to MWEB which has been an absolute nightmare. Was promised a 5 day turnaround time within which my service will be activated as I already have ftth and an MWEB router but despite contestant follow ups with them, my service has still not been activated and it's the 5th business day. Consultants all give the same excuses and don't actually assist. Absolutely the worst decision I could have made!!!
