Mweb sucks

Im forced to give a star but they deserve a negative star I was transferred from fibrestream to MWEB which I told fibrestream not to do so. Now trying to get hold of MWEB the call centre said that there's no number to the cancellation department and I must wait for them to call. I'm still waiting. They only answer their phone when you click sales. Now in afraid that they won't allow me to cancel because they will say I would need to give 1 months notice. This is the worst network to deal with.
