Mweb Sucks

Since 1st of May no internet connection. Called Mweb countless times. Technical department tells me its a sales issue and Sales department say its a technical issue. Wasted alot of airtime on Mweb. Also called Telkom telling me I have a normal voice line and Mweb must request my service to be restored. Mweb tells me the line is active and restored and actually a 10Mbps line. Just got invoice for my so called 10Mbps line but still no service. Logged a query ages ago with Mweb......NO ANSWER. **** YOU MWEB
