Mweb sucks

The service is absolutely shocking!!!! I spent over R200 trying to call them and no feedback. They just make us hold on the line and further more the ‘do it yourself’ option waste of time it just shows error!!! It’s been 4 days now and I have not been activated or any indication of what’s happening.
