MWEB SUCKS

I have been a Mweb customer for many years (dial-up, ADSL, wireless and now Fiber). In my area Mweb chose to use the Telkom -Openserve infrastructure. On my latest statement that monthly fee has increased from R559.00 to R609.00. Mweb did not notify me of this increase. They just took my money. this amounts to an increase of almost 9% which is way above inflation. Mweb have a change of ownership and I feel that this is one of the reasons for this . I am contemplating taking my business elsewhere. MWEB SUCKS !!!!
