MWEB sucks.

I've been a customer for 6 years. I've tried calling, emailing and messaging in FB without having messages read, email bounce backs and an automated voice that told me to call back later. This lack of service is deplorable! All I need is a statement that indicates my line speed. You can't even get that right. Sort it out or I'm taking my business elsewhere.
