Mweb sucks

I had a mweb account for quite some time,never had any issues.Had to cancel after 2 years and then joined again.After 1 year on the 8th of Jan my wifi was down and i logged a call,thanks to Vumatel's awesome service my fibre cable was replaced within 3 days.A red light appeared on the router and i called mweb again,eventually got through to technical support who told me i have to be by the router and do certain things.Struggled to get through to them again ever since,and after spending a few hundreds and a few hours holding on ,i got through and cancelled the service.I was debited end of Jan.Someone called me towards the end of Feb and i told them about the the poor service and it was too late to help and that i cancelled end of Jan. I received a call yesterday from a debt collection agency yesterday for outstanding cancellation fees of which nothing was due according to Mweb's service agreement.Cancellation fees only app**** within the first year if i cancelled.I used to like mweb and recommended them to my family and friends...i regret that now.
