MWEB SUCKS!

If you want the most disgusting and awful service in the whole world call the MWEB call center. Their agents are so unprofessional and will transfer you back to the line if they don't know how to assist you. Mind you, their hold time is nothing less than 20-30mins. I hate it! They will send you from pillar to post and blame each other for errors you encounter as a client and still not get the service. I hate, hate, hate, hate it with my entire being!!
