Mweb sucks!!!

Such poor service. You phone them to get the Fibre technician and you hold on for an hour and still they do not answer. You phone with a query and you get put from 1 person to another and still not helped. I am trying to get my service activated, but what a poor service. I made a HUGE MISTAKE TO SIGNING WITH MWEB.
