MWEB Sucks

I am so disappointed in MWEB, I never have issues with them and started now recently having daily issues with connectivity, chatted with a person yesterday and she helped me a lot trying to find out but today no help, they off until Monday, and after we troubleshooted MWEB policy is to threaten me with R 1500 callout fee if not their issue, after i said my WHOLE neighborhood is having issues not just me, I am wondering if their threats work in reverse, i pay for X download speed but getting x, so my monthly fee should be divided by what i am not getting??
