MWEB SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since the end of April I have been trying to Transfer the current Domain for Findaleak cc to MWeb, but thanks to the lack of Customer Care and lack of regard no one at MWeb was willing or able to assist me. At first they kept on saying the current host is rejecting the transfer, we have spoken to him about it and he says he never Rejected the request.

Can you please send me proof of that?

This has been going on day in and day out, nagging and complaining, sending emails, phoning the useless Call Centre where I get put on hold for 30 minutes at a time and after a 3rd round of being sent from Pillar to post, I end the call without receiving assistance. To the point where I cancelled the Transfer with MWeb and moved to Axxess where I was assisted in 15 minutes tops. But thanks to MWeb dragging their feet for 2 months, a Chinese Mining Company hogged the Domain (www.findaleak.co.za), which is unexplainable. You stuffed up and I am still losing money on a daily basis as I cannot transfer my Domain, no thanks to MWeb, as I lost the Domain…

So now tell me, please… How are YOU going to fix this?
