Mweb sucks

I have a 4meg adsl uncapped line with mweb. According to there fair usage policy i have reached my threshold. I can basically not use my line because its so slow.my account got debited on the 1st of may(like it has been for the past 3 years that i have been loyal)but still i am being throttled.they say it will reset after 7 to 11 days,and if i turn off my router for a few days it might reset quicker. So basically i must not use a product i payed for for 2 weeks.Absolute nonsense. I will cancel my product and i want my money back for this month. They also advised me i must buy additional data to my UNCAPPED product.Mweb sucks and i do not recommend them. Please stay away
