Mweb sucks

Poor service and call takers who doesn't know what they're doing. You call Mweb and holding for 30 minutes whilst listening to irritating music. I lost connectivity since Sunday and I have been send from pillar to post and all this employees , I'm not sure if they know what they are doing. I spoke to almost 10 calltaker and problem is no slowed. I spoke to almost all of them. I paid with easy pay and cannot access the wifi and disappointed with their service and it seem like the take us for granted. Just wait for Starlink maybe we will get good service.
