Mweb Sucks!!!!

Mweb is the worst fibre provider!!!!

To get a hold of someone to assist telephonically is almost impossible. I wait very long on the line only for the call to get cut off. They do not response to email queries even though it is logged with reference numbers. It is very difficult to communicate with Mweb. They are not professional and do no value their customers. They increased my premium while the level of service is down graded!!!
