MWeb such a NO NO

Unacceptable customer service experience from MWEB. I have been waiting for my internet line to be activated and it’s been over a month. What they are good at is taking you from Pilar to post, on a scale of 1-10 I stand at -1 if asked how luckily I am to recommend MWeb to anyone. I wouldn’t wish MWeb to happen to my worst enemy. Their customer service is nonexistent, nobody gets back to you let alone update you on your account progress, you’re the one who has to do the follow ups without even any proper assistance.
