MWEB sucessfully cutting themselves off their customer base! NO BRANCHES and NO FUNCTIONAL SOFTWARE!!

I have two major complaints apart from NEVER being able to get to talk to some one on their *** number.....I was 25th in line this morning!!!! 1. I do the login to Mweb bit then get told that they are sending me a pin to my mobile number. THE PIN NEVER ARRIVES AT MY MOBILE and therefore prevents me from going any further!! 2. They have unilaterally disconnected my Mweb Talk and because I can't get a pin, I can't update anything!!!@! Pease HELP HELLO PETER ....PLEASE
