MWEB SUC****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since April I have been trying to do a Domain transfer from Web Art Design to MWeb. They never, no sorry...NEVER get back to a person. I must phone every day to follow up, be put on hold for 30 minutes at a time and then they send me from the one agent to the ext, just to hear that the documents I sent 3 times already were never received, it was the wrong documents or that I must change my details with my Bank. I get emails from a No Reply account, and then If I contact the Sales team via telephone no on is willing to assist me. In the Meanwhile my company is suffering because the Web site and Emails have been off since April and Mweb is not willing to assist me. I am losing money as the website and email is the main way of clients to contact me. The agents will not contact me to assist me, NEVER and it is impossible for me to hold on for 30 minutes at a time not to be helped or worse, the phone call will drop.
