Mweb Substandard Service

I have been with Mweb for over 25 years and as of late received really bad service. I have MWEB LTE Premium uncapped with 50MBPS The average range of speed presently is between 2 and 4 MBPS. There agents seem *********** to solve the issue ...I would certainly not recommend them anymore and am in the process of scouting for a better alternative. If they could solve problems as quick as they take your money I would be really happy
