Mweb strikes again with the pathetic service!!!!

My internet cap has been reached so I go onto the mweb website to buy a booster and low and behold it doesnt allow me to, a prompt comes up to say call the sales team. I proceed to call the sales team and suprise suprise its closed! The best part is they give their trading hours for a weekend and public holidays as 8am till 1pm, I called at 10am and its already closed!!! Why in the world say your times are 8am till 1pm but are closed at 10am already??!!! The service is pathetic!!! I will definitely be changing my service provider!
