MWEB stop ripping us off. We have consumer rights.

What a ripoff. Our consumer rights are being violated. I app**** for fiber installation in October 2019. Router was delivered on time. The only thing left was installation thereof. Need I say, to date no installation. This is despite numerous phone calls to MWEB including logging numerous complaints on their unhelpful website. Monies were deducted from my account as if I was receiving a service. I paid for no service and finally decided to cancel the useless deal. Guess what I am now being charged early cancellation fee (R1 811.85). For what...? It’s a ****, how can I be charged cancellation fee instead of MWEB paying back my money.
