Mweb stole my money very angry

I signed up for their wi-if last year they delivered a router with MTN SIM card and we went on until I hit a financial glitch and couldn’t pay them for 3months, and they suspended my account then in March this year I was able to settle the outstanding amount and then I wanted to continue with their services however I was told that I must get another SIM card as MTN had cancelled my SIM card and upon delivery the of the SIM card the driver refused to leave the SIM card saying I must get another proof of residence he said he doesn’t trust the one I had with me, I then called Mweb the very same day for them to cancel the deal as I was no longer interested on the service, remember they did not activate my router due to the SIM card not being activated, to my surprise they kept billing me on services they never provided me since April I kept calling them to complain about this they kept saying they are fixing it, today i woke up to them debited R1591 from my account 31July 2024 and I called them they say they are still fixing my query from April 2024 if you are fixing my query then why are you taking my money that means they stole my money and I must wait till when for my refund they said they don’t know, Mweb is not a reliable company and they keep saying their calls are recorded it’s pure lies now I am frustrated as they stole my money
