MWEB Stilling from me

I have subscribed to MWEB and I am still waiting for my installation yet they have already debited my account even before they could deliver my router.

I find this to be theft as I fail even to understand that if they charged me pro rata from which day did they start counting as I have not received the device.

Your assistance towards getting this matter resolved will be appreciated
