Mweb *****sters, Pathetic company

I wish could give a zero star review, but alas i can't. So they have this special where you can get uncapped LTE and you get a router with a ups with it. Now i got this on the 11th of April. Until now no internet, zero customer service.... o wait I got 1 generic message on their app, which by the way is totally useless. Facebook communication is the "we are sorry to hear about bla bla bla" I have now resorted to send the equipment back, but i have yet to received the mythical unicorn of communication. Please stay away from them, they just ***** your hard earned money.

Shout out to Communication Ombudsman, have a look here, thousands of people are complaining.
