MWEB *****ing money from me

I contacted Mweb for Fibre services but cancelled my order on the same day, they did not cancel the order and are billing me every month even though I do not have any services from them. I have tried calling many times and would be transferred from one department to another. I have been on the line with them for more than an hour now and no one has taken ownership to my query.
