MWEB stay far away from them

Most useless, ***********, pathetic ISP ive ever dealth with. So ive been trying since last year August to access my selfbuild website to change details, tel numbers etc without success. Dealing with their pathetic tech support and still unable to access my website. So for the last few months i've been trying to cancel all my services with them when logged into my account as 4 months trying to change or edit your website should be long enough for them to give you access to change your site.Their website tells you, you dont have authority to cancel any services? So who cancels them? When I clearly have the option to cancel them at any time from the website. Clearly my contract states MONTH TO MONTH contract. I've had my website for 7 years and they think nothing would change over time. I have started to reverse payments to them as I cannot get the services to cancel, clearly just to make it difficult for me to cancel. Yet these *********** ******** still try to take double and triple payments from me. Then they have the audasity to send me a text if I dont pay them they will BLACKLIST me ?? And I must CALL THEM urgently ?? They broke contract by not giving me access to change my website or allowing me to cancel my services with them. Advise to anyone STAY FAR AWAY FROM MWEB, use a different isp. I dare you to blacklist me. I have all the mails dating back from August last year dealing with your tech support to allow me to access my website and im still unable. I pay for service rendered, no service no pay!
