One year of endless hassles, we constantly upgraded the fibre package APPARENTLY to resolve the loss of connection experienced, BUT nothing prevented our pathetic fibre connection - NOT EVEN A 100 Mbps line. Intermittent signal EVERY SINGLE day. Mweb themselves could not remedy the situation. They ended up trying to blame VUMATEL, who by the way were not at fault. Stay away from Mweb, unless you have the patience of Job and many hours available to spend on the phone. Average time on phone before assistance is reached - approx. 23min. And then, they still can't help.
