Mweb, stay away

Stay away from them, quantity is more important than service, my cell phone bill is usually about R450 a month, this month after over 250 min with mweb it is over R1300 and still my problem was not fixed, I cancelled with them and joined another service provider and the problem was solved in a matter of 2 day's. To be fair some of the team were very professional and others plain no s****s. After many enquiries and complains that no one answered I am glad that I cancelled.The only way they can be reached is by telephone.
