Mweb spitful to not open fibre line for new supplier

I am the new tenant and previous tenant cancelled fibre with Mweb, they do not want to open the line for my new fibre supplier. Trying to cancel them for 3 weeks now to open the line! I do not want my fibre through Mweb! Please open the line!!!
