Mweb special offer does not deliver.

So far it has been 16 days and counting - still no wifi. Logged several queries, holding the line of 'Sales' for hours and days. No resolution to the problem. We want to cancel, but can't even get through to sales!! There is an existing fibre line, but somehow still NO internet. Can someone assist - even if it is just to CANCEL please.
