Mweb South Africas worst ISP

this is the worst ISP in South Africa. 4 emailed to get the router delivered it was delivered to my old address 6 years ago, and I finally got the router over two weeks later, however, my monthly invoice still has the old address on it. numerous other problems so finally canceled the service. Now I am receiving invoices for March, despite receiving an email acknowledging my cancelation. Further to my cancelation they wont release the line so unable to use my new provider
